Help deleting an incorrect merged profile?

A stranger incorrectly merged another John Carroll with my 2nd-great-uncle, John Carroll.  Now he has 6 parents and a whole slew of incorrect siblings.  Can someone help remove this John Carroll from my tree altogether?  I have re-added my John Carroll to my tree and made him private so this won't happen again.  But now I'm stuck with the following profile:

  What profile? If it's an incorrect merge, we can unmerge it.

  I am so upset I have added people who are nothing to do with my tree, I feel  want to shut my tree down now
