I was trying to remember my password and couldn't. I then tried logging in using facebook but it created a new profile with no tree. I then logged out and clicked 'forgotten password' link to reset it. It has reset it for the new account that just automatically was created which is linked to the same email address that i already had an account for. Now it looks like my old account (and my tree) is gone. How could I get it back? A lot of work went into it.
