I see this on a line above many records. What does it mean? How does one fix it?

Jeff, Geni Curator The relationship calculator tries to show you the path between you and the profile you're viewing. If it displays "No path found", then it was unable to find a connection through the tree. Since you're not yet connected to the World Tree, you'll see that on any profile you visit outside your own tree. Once connected to the World Tree, you should be able to see connections between yourself and other profiles within Geni. Keep building - hopefully we can get you connected to existing branches soon. :)

Irena VOVK Meh, I did my family tree, and happens this : NOTHING !!! Where is the point to make it big and bushy, when other Geni.com users are not EVEN interested to look at my profile page - and even not to invite me to their tree ?!?!? I can't invite a non relative, if I even don't know if this person related to me ?!?!! How can I THEN join the big World Tree, if there is no ( mutual ) cooperations !?!? 😠😠😠

Irena VOVK The phrase : " No Path Found " has already become a real fixture in my search for potential close and / or distant relative(s) ... I'm really interested in how miraculous way other users manage to find their relatives ... Just why I cannot... ?! ?! 🤔😣

Geni Support Team Hi Irena. The reason you are unable to see relationship paths to others is because you are not yet connected to the World Family Tree. But do not worry! Keep researching and building your family tree and invite your relatives to join to help you further expand the tree. As you continue to add new information and grow the tree, Geni automatically looks for matching profiles on Geni called Tree Matches. Once a Tree Match is found, you will be notified and asked to review it. If you determine that the profiles are a match, then you can merge the duplicate profiles and connect instantly to that branch of the family.
