I am taken to the page https://www.geni.com/pro/signup?tier=pro where I attempt to purchase the upgrade to the Pro tier. It comes with the "My Membership" section already checked for "1 Year Geni Pro". I fill in all of my information for the purchase and click "Upgrade Now". But instead of doing the upgrade it gives me an error message "Please select a subscription plan" -- even though the subscription plan is already checked.
The complete absence of any telephone numbers to talk to someone about this does NOT encourage me that (a) you really have a commitment to customer support and (b) that he "Premium Support" to which the Pro tier entitles me is anything more than a bunch of e-mails.
The fact that your web site is not able to handle the transaction that you are so actively promoting also makes me wonder about your commitment to quality.
If something so central to your purpose of your promotion is not working, then what is your commitment to the quality of those things that are not so high on your priority list?
This whole situation has red flags all over the place telling me that I will be wasting my money by investing in the upgrade.
