This is a public profile that I manage, yet no DNA tab exists to allow me to upload: https://www.geni.com/people/Rica-Brill/6000000003379591063
What gives?

Can't be the location - it's US
I am in California and do not have the tab.
We're discussing the issue in the Curator forum (we've seen a few other people with a similar situation). I don't have a solution yet, but we're hoping to get the developers to look into it soon.
We had some code that was looking at the wrong IP address in the proxy chain, causing us to incorrectly conclude that some users were in restricted countries. We pushed a fix for this yesterday, so hopefully it's fixed for everyone. If not, please follow up here or tag me in a discussion on Geni so we can investigate.
Note that in addition to IP address, we also look at your most recent known address; if you've entered your birth location in France, Israel or Poland and no other address, we're going to assume you're still there. Set at least the country in your Current Location at https://www.geni.com/profile/edit_basics
My location (administrator) has been US for a while - the profile in the post opening this thread shows death in the US.
Interesting case -- evidently Ms. Brill was a user who, at one time, accessed Geni from Israel and we kept that location. We've pushed a fix for that bug.
Thanks for looking into it - we'll se if the fix works by tomorrow. Ms Brill, however, never logged on, much less from Israel. It is possible the administrator who initially added her did.
It's working now, thanks.
Unfortunately the DNA features are not available in Israel.
