Unable to view DNA matches for this profile. Was able to earlier yesterday.

  Hi. i have had notification to say a 4th DNA match has been added - can't seem to find any information or details on this - its from someone called And. 

   

  Please confirm what to do. Thanks

  For well over a month, the counter on my account is off by one.  It started around number 5, and I very seriously thought I was losing my mind not being able to count...No, it just happens to be the counter is one above what is actually there.  But I also uploaded DNA for several family members July 7th, and none of those have been processed.

  The DNA matches summary screen says:

  There are 5 profiles on Geni with Y-DNA that matches your own.

  But when I follow the link no matches are listed. This feature does work for mtDNA and the other.

  Are the five blood relatives I have in my profile being counted as matches but without data?

  I have two profiles I am managing for mtDNA.  The first came across without a problem. The second for Glen R Wegmann does have a problem.  Two emails have been sent.  The first said matches had been made, but when I tried to view them via the DNA tab on Glen's profile, I get an error saying their was a problem and try again later.  I had another message today saying 5 more matches were added to Glen's profile, but once again, I get an unexpected error.

  How do I get this fixed?
