My geni tree is opening in a new format with this message:  https://www.geni.com/family-tree/html5?no-flash-redirect=1#34631299562  and I would like to know how to fix it.  Thank you

  I have a problem seeing my tree too. I did get a response from Mike on how to fix it . I did go through his instructions but it is not helping at all. Now what do I do?
