Your program will not let me cancel my basic trial subscription or any subscription. The button that is mentioned in your instructions "Geni Pro subscription" is not available probably because I have a free basic trial. PLEASE UNSUBSCRIBE ME NOW 7/29/16. This was the only possible communication that I could find.

Bjørn P. Brox There is nothing called a free basic trial, - you either have a free basic account or you have a Pro subscription or a Pro trial.
As far as I can see you have a free basic account, i.e. there is nothing to cancel and you can keep it for ever and add as many profiles as you want.
However: If you don't want an account simply click on your own name in the upper right corner to get to your account settings where you can find the option to close your account.
