How do I get rid of, "suffix" after every name?

I just finished adding some languages on my list and now all the names end with "suffix". For example, my name is now 'Rodney Charles Harrel, Suffix". How do I get rid of these suffixes??

  Looks like you figured it.  Not sure why that was added - first time I've seen that.  But you would just delete it out of the Suffix field.
