I started my family tree and added my husband and his son and our daughter, but it shows I am his biologiocal parent. I added my stepsons mom, but now it's showing a conflict. I need to be able to show my husband as his father along with his biological mother.

Jeff, Geni Curator Eugenia, happy to help here. Here are some instructions, but it's sort of a several step process. The easiest way, which you could still do if you deleted his mother, would be to create the mother as a partner or spouse of your husband (you can later update this relationship to ex-wife or ex-partner. Once she is listed as being connected to your husband, you can edit the child's relationship tab, where there is a pull down menu and you can change the parents from your husband and you to your husband and the biological mother.
Right now, there is no relationship between the biological mother and your husband, so clicking to choose the correct parents gives a false choice of the biological mother and no husband or your husband and you. So a second way to do this would be to move the biological mother's profile and drag it over your husband to create that relationship. http://help.geni.com/entries/469824-How-can-I-show-more-than-one-relationship-between-the-same-two-people- Then go through the process of resolving the conflict by clicking on the yellow triangle.
