Hello,

My question: who can export my data through GEDCOM?

Can my data be exported via the GEDCOM each profile by inviting the family tree?
Can my data be exported via the GEDCOM anyone who has paid the membership fee?

  Membership has nothing to do with who can export GEDCOM, but being a pro member will increases the max amount that you can export.  As for who can export: You can export a GEDCOM file for any profile that you added or anyone in your immediate family (as long as they or the manager are not blocking you).

  Being Pro does not help on the max limit most users hit: 4x the number of profiles you've added.
  Practically it means that someone you invite to your tree are not able to export your tree as a GEDCOM unless they first contribute by adding profiles.
  
  What you can export is also limited by your access rights.
