I have tried to edit the photo (now out of date and needing to be changed) for my daughter who is not active on Geni. It will not allow me to interact with the 'edit' button on the photo.

Jeff, Geni Curator If a profile is claimed, then only that person can edit the profile. You can try to untag her from all profiles, then add the new photo.
