On exiting my browser I lose all the work done that day. How do I save the most recent tree?

Jeff, Geni Curator That doesn't make any sense - nothing is stored locally. All tree creation is done on the website and is instant. If you log in and don't see a tree, you're likely logging in with a different email address. -

Jeff, Geni Curator You can back up your tree by using a GEDCOM export. http://help.geni.com/hc/en-us/articles/229705167-How-can-I-export-my-GEDCOM-
If you're missing a tree on Geni, it's likely because you're logging in with a different email address, since your tree is based on your login account.
