E.g. I detect three similar profiles, but don't know how to request merge in one operation. Help.

Meelis Hiiob I have the same problem and can not find a solution. Can someone of the administrators give an understandable advice?

Žilvinas Bartkus It's still very unclear for a regular user on how to start the merge. Needs a clearer approach.

Torgeir D Teigum I've found a simple solution which works - most of the time. I hope this is understandable:
1. Open each profile, (to get two separate windows).
2. Select Tree version for both.
3. Select "move" in one profile box.
4. Drag and place the new box which pops up upon the profile box you want to merge with.
5. Unfortunatelly, there seems to be no possibility of "forced merging" of profiles you don't have access to, so you need assistance from the administrator to get the job done. However, if the administrator is not available, you get stuck.

Liivi Murumets 1. find the two profiles to be merged2. get both profile id numbers from the address bar (the first long number ), for example "6000000007708475349" is the id number of this profile:3. use the id numbers to make an url similar to this one http://www.geni.com/merge/compare/6000000011524360026?return=match&to=60000000052497654414. click on "Yes, request to merge"1. find the two profiles to be merged

In short, replace XXX & YYY with profile id numbers:
