If profiles differ only in middle name, and have the same parent(s), they are siblings. Do NOT match them.
The current behavior results in many bad merge requests, presumably initiated from Tree View by users who do not enable the display of middle name.
This problem affects Spanish, French, Italian and Portuguese families, and perhaps others.
Fixing this bug will have the additional benefit that (some) people may no longer feel compelled to place the middle name in the first name field in order to avoid the problem.
That in turn will result in fewer instances of merged profiles having the middle name repeated.

Not just second name, it was common in Croatia to name subsequent children the same if the previous died young, so you could have number of children with the same name in one family
No hot matching of siblings, unless DOB is same (not just year, the whole date)!
Fix Matches algorithm vhich produces false matches for profiles in other trees. My profile has matches in 480 trees!!!!! Imposible!
Also, there are false matches for another 38 profiles of my relatives. Result of matching is over 400.000 profiles!
How could I resolve problem?
