Search Names need to use Case Insensitive Sort

Currently when doing a Search, the Names beginning with an Upper Case letter are listed first followed by names beginning with lower Case letters.

This needs to be changed so the name sort ignores letter Case.

  Yes you get say "Abraham Smith" on page 1, and then right at the end you find "abraham smith".  Much better to list those together, and I would have thought this would be a relatively easy change to implement.

  Also in sorting profiles for resolving duplicates

  It also appears that when you sort by last name, the First Name is ignored.

  Also:

  Jane Doe and Jane May Doe are not sorted correctly.

  What happens with different spellings of  Van Doren  and VanDoren?

  I suggest that the names to be sorted be put in sort order (ie. First Middle Last or Last First Middle), ALL the spaces removed, convert to Upper Case, and then sort.
