Discussions tab with (counter)

At profile we do have Source tab that have amount of sources in brackets. It would be nice if also discussions tab have this, so it is easier to see if that profile have one or more Discussions.

  This is now partially implemented (it shows 'unread' discussions count); it needs to be changed to just a count of number of discussions (just like Sources).
