A grandfather clause for low income, faithful users

I live in Jerusalem and my monthly salary is equivalent to about US$ 1,500.  That is not a misprint.  I have been using Geni since I first heard about it, and I have posted many family members to my tree.  Recently I saw that I can no longer add to my tree because there is a limit of 100 family members to free users.  Unfortunately I cannot afford to join one of the plans that cost money.  Yet I would like to get at least the names of as many family members as possible onto my tree.

I am a 60 year old single woman, and my parents are now in their mid-eighties, and thankfully still mentally competent.  I would like to ask for a special dispensation allowing me to add tree members without paying your monthly fees.

Thank you in advance for any consideration you can extend to me.
