Add a "Merge Notes" field to the Data Conflict Resolution panel

On the panel for resolving data conflicts there is no means to "saving" a selected subset of the information across multiple columns; that is, currently one can only choose "whole elements" from one column or another.

It would be very helpful to have a 'free text' field where one could optionally type in (or copy in) items such as "also known as" names and multiple conflicting dates ... since the multiple choices are not preserved in the change-history once the data-conflicts are resolved.  This "Merge Notes" field would then be added to the TOP of (prepended to) the merged "About" text.

That would allow one to then edit the "About" text to copy those Merge Notes into the proper places and or format the notes nicely (e.g.: copying multiple name variations into the 'Also Known As' field).
