Audio Video Interview Tool

It would really be great if there was a way to record Audio or Video interview answers via the Geni website. Your site already allows for video upload. Could a function be created that allows for Record as well that automatically takes control of the user's camera and starts/stops recording w/ a few simple clicks. I would like to be able to send a message to someone else that includes an interview question and an option for the recipient to record audio or video to answer. It would make sense for that recording to then automatically show up under their profile and/or for the interviewer/administrator to be notified to make any adjustments or just approve the new content.
