When you try to upload a document to an event like birth or death, it will not attach to this event after you have click on X at upload dialog.
You will need to click add document again and then select previous uploaded document and first then it will attach to the event.
Just to be aware.
There is no Save button at the upload dialog at event, so X has to be used
Thanks for the report, we've confirmed this issue and are working on a fix.
Now I can't add document after I have upload it to Event.
Before you had a list over documents where profile was tagged at. This list is gone even I'm 100% sure I have added profile to the document.
As it is now, it is usless to use add document from Internett on Event as you can't attach dockument after you have upload it.
