Can't view documents in full size

A relative has added documents to several profiles. http://www.geni.com/documents/index/6000000002150861007

I can see them in a reduced size but they are too small to read.

When I click on "Enlarge" the document disappears.

When I click on "View Full Size", I see the following message:

  I'm having the same problem now, and uploaded PDFs don't even show a preview in small size (just the missing IMG picture).

  I am not able to recreate this issue. Is this still happening, or has this been solved?

  After adding my parents, I tried to enter my great GF. I could not reach the bottom of the entry page, so apparently could not save the entry.  Would not show the entire "occupation" box or anything below it.

  I started having a similar problem this week to the one in the OP. It only happens with documents, including those I uploaded myself. When I click "enlarge," the document disappears. When I click "View Full Size," I get an error message that reads, for example:

  I am also having this problem with most of my documents.  If I choose "zoom" the doc disappears and there is a small question mark in the middle of a grey screen.  If I choose the option to display the document full size then I get messages similar to the following:

  Any timeframe for when this problem might be addressed?  I'd like to add more documents, but hesitate to do so if people won't be able to read them because they can't zoom or display the documents full size.
