Date of Birth, Date of Death Bug NOT FIXED

The system still does not save dates of birth, death etc.  The previous report says it's fixed....It's not

  My problem is the date does not hold the format I like eg. DD/MM/YYYY

  I'm trying to add my daughters birth date, but it keep saying "in order to comply blah blah, she has to be 13 years old" that's pretty stupid

  This is fixed now and you shouldn' t have problems entering or saving birth or death dates. You can set your preference for date formats in your account settings.

  Rich - it sounds like you might be trying to not only enter your daughter's birth date, but also an email address to invite her to join the site. Because of the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act, we cannot allow children under the age of 13 to have accounts on our site.

  Nancy - This is a separate issue. If you're still having problems with ages being miscalculated, could you please file a bug by going here? http://help.geni.com/forums/338907-bug-reports/entries/new
