the tree does not load in FF 4

dear team,

the GENI familytree does not load, it keeps on loading and loading for hours.

I use XP and FF 4,

 

any suggestions?

  We've just released a fix for this issue. Please let us know if you are still unable to load your tree.

  I am using Windows 7 and FF 4 and I am getting the same error. I have tried using IE 8 and I am having the same issue. It says loading but never loads!

  I use FF4 everyday, and though it may have been after April that I installed it (I can't remember), I've never had a problem. I used it today.

  I'm using ie9 and my tree is doing the same thing..

  I was working on the" Labor Day specia"l to add as many names as possible( 9/3/12) after about 85 were entered my tree is not loading fully after hours of having it on?
