My screen will not let me continue when doing birth day and annversery dates....
gifts are listed down and over lap other stuff on screen...it locks up the page.

Jeffrey Allen Tomlinson This has been going on for at least a month. Five of my attempts were not sucessful. It freezes up at "Continue or Cancel" 5 different people at 5 different times and dates.

Cori Fedyna I have been experiencing the same issue several times. While it is annoying, I'm hoping that our relatives don't get too discouraged about connecting with each other (because we have relatives so far from each other, this feature is one of the more important ones). I hope this gets fixed soon.

Douglas Williams Geni has been unusable for me for about a month or more. The screen layout is as described by others with overlapping gifts in vertical format and no way to select and/or continue or even send a message. I've been using regular e-mail in lieu of Geni since that time but check back periodically, only to find the problem is still there. Does the Geni webmaster or anyone else ever read these comments and attempt to resolve the problems...? It's a pretty neat concept but it isn't working. However, I'm still glad for the event reminders.

Ranjini Swamy I have the same issue as what has been reported above. I have waited long enought. Since it is a free service, Geni doesn't seem to care. I don't think anyone even reads these comments. This only looks like a forum for us to vent it out. So I have stopped using Geni. Instead I created a shareable calendar for the familes and we add to it.

Carol Kemple Every since you changed the birthday & anniversary page i can not send any to my relatives . Every attempt just sits at the gift adn won't go thru . Freezes up at continue or cancel . This has been going on since May . You need to fix this please !! ALot of my relatives having same problem and leaving us with out communication. This is too long for existing problem . Need someone there who knows what they are doing. When you changed the page and made gifts go vertical you screwed it all up . I tried again yesterday with out results. HELP !!!!!!!! FIX THE PROBLEM PLEASE !!!!!!!

CHANDRA PRAKASH PAI This happens on at least 45 days . Somany attemots not sucessful. while login to geni. I am getting "ERROR ON PAGE" message. Please help

Brian Kelly Hey everyone, for me the issue was with my web browser, Internet Explorer 7. I upgraded to Internet Explorer 8 and everything works now. I have no idea how it works with Safari, Google Chrome, Mozilla, etc. I would suggest that you try different web browsers, if necessary, to find out which one works best for you. Compatibility issues are a pain, but that's what happens when you have so many competing products available to the market.

Lyn I think Geni must want us to sign up and pay for the service. Mine stopped working as everyone else's did--and for no reason.

If you have your web browser as Internet Explorer 7, just upgraded to Internet Explorer 8 and everything will work. I upgraded to Internet Explorer 8 and like magic, everything works great.... When you get into the Geni greetings, although it's overlapped with other stuff, select HELP and follow instructions to download Internet Explorer 8.... Good luck, Jessica

NOTHING HAPPENS. I HAVE BEEN MISSING OPPORTUNITIES FOR GREETINGS FOR AT LEAST AMONTH. TOOD BAD.
I ALSO WROTE GENNI ABOUT A WEEK AGO GOT A ֳ WHICH BY ACCIDENT WAS OMITTED FROM MY FILES SO I CAN NOT
VERIFY THE STATUS OF MY QUERY.
