Sometimes I have to delete all Geni.com cookies to get anything to work.

This happens to me about once a month or every 2 months. Suddenly, I get "experiencing a problem" errors everywhere. When this happens, the only thing I can do to fix it is delete all cookies from Geni.com and log in again.  I am capable of sending you the cookies during one of these instances if that would help you diagnose this problem.
