When I get a birthdY or anniv reminder and It asks if I want to send a card it doesn't go to the place to send a car with the gifts anymore. It goes to the sign on and then you go around in circles How do I get to the caress ad messages again

  Hi Nancy - I'm sorry that you were having trouble. We experimented with making birthday gifts a premium feature but have since undone that. Gifts are now free for all users to enjoy.
