Gil Arie Livne Karen I doubt anyone at Genni reads these comments or tries to help. If you need help you are lost for good. There is also the issue of privacy in Google which was not addressed or solved. The way for Geni to solve is by giving an Email with a direct human contact who can answer specific issues.

Linda Kapas I am very frustrated with Geni too. There is no way to email or talk to any one. I entered a complaint of my own an hour ago, but it didn't even show up. If they don't fix this I won't be using Geni anymore at all. This is very poor service. When we first signed up we were not told that we would be required to pay for the service.

Lo For interactions and personal help, I suggest Public Discussions rather than the Help Platform. If you know Geni is failing to work as it supposedly is supposed to, posting a Bug Report is probably a good idea (instead or as well) - but this is a complaint about something they very purposely did. They purposely changed Geni so now only Plus and Pro can send Gifts. (Tho if you are a lawyer, you might check out their current Terms of Service vis a vis Virtual Gifts, and let us know if it is actually promising what they are no longer delivering.)
