Tree view is not working

I cannot see a tree for a relative (whose profile and most relatives' profiles are managed by me anyway). Here is the link for his tree, and it just says error when I go to try to view it. http://www.geni.com/family-tree/index/6000000003917414199

  cannot view tree ...just see reminder that have reached family limit of 100 pple at top of screen.

   

  Geni needs to stop taking away features access from those who have basic plan...we're just as committed nbut maybe unable or willing to upgrade. viewing tree is a basic feature believe it or not!!!!

  Hello Ailene,

  I learned why my tree view was not working. There were some profile photos that were made from documents. Once these documents were no longer used for profile photos, the tree was visible.

  Try and make those changes and see if your tree shows up.
