Update screens for bug report

On http://help.geni.com/forums/338907-bug-reports there is a button 'Suggest an idea', please change te text to 'Report a bug'

Also make some textual changes on http://help.geni.com/forums/338907-bug-reports/entries/new: Please replace 'What's your idea?' with 'What is the bug' (or similar) and replace 'Tell us more details about your idea' with 'Tell us more details about the bug' (or similar)

Also replace 'Edit idea' with 'Edit bug report' (or similar)

  Hello Job - I agree with your suggestions and wish that we could make those, but unfortunately, we don't have that kind of control over the pages we're using for bug reporting. Like many companies, we're using a third-party help desk service and they are the ones in charge of the text and appearance of our help pages. We've seen them lots of suggestions and ideas for improvements, and hopefully they'll hear us and implement some of them.
