I can't see part of my tree and I am not allowed to submit a help request without a Pro account!

Help!

I cannot see my husband's uncle's part of the family tree. I added his relatives and manage most or all of the profiles there, so why can't I see it? All I see is "We've found a problem..." and I cannot find an answer on your help forums that makes any sense. I have Flash Player updated. I have tried using different browsers. I have cleared my cache. I have done everything in the "answer" that is posted by Geni admin here: http://help.geni.com/entries/469625-how-can-i-see-my-tree

Please help. I can't even ask Geni for help because apparently help requests are only for Pro and Plus account holders, geez what a load of b.s. I am supposed to be able to find my answer in the community help topics, but no, it's not there!
