I invited my daughter (who recently turned 13) to geni, but when she tries to create an id, she is getting a screen showing that there is a technical issue. I've also tried to reset her password, as it appears there is an id under her email address. The email arrives, but when clicking on the link, it asks again if I'm part of her family and doesn't allow to change password.
