When I click on my tree the phrase above comes up and I am directed to the help and since I don't pay for this site I can't talk to anyone who works for the website because I can't afford the Pro service. I have done everything that I am instructed to clear my cache and go to other servers and nothing works. All of their suggestions don't work at all and I am becoming very irritated with it completely. Can anyone help me!
