Trying to add parents to Ruth Davenport [http://www.geni.com/family-tree/index/6000000007248741490]. When I click on "add this person" in her tree view, the box comes up asking for a first and last name. but I can't type in either field. No typed text appears. Cannot find another way to add family to her profile.

Natalie MacLees Hi Stephen - I suspect this is related to a bug we recently discovered with our Tree View when using Safari on Windows. Can you confirm that you're using the Safari browser on Windows? We're working on fixing that bug, but in the meantime, you can use a different browser to update your tree.

Stephen Drew Thomas Natalie, thanks for the response. Yes, I am using Safari on Windows. I will try Internet Explorer and see if I have the same issue.

Stephen Drew Thomas I tried it using IE and now I don't even see an option to add parents. Is this because I am no longer a PRO member?

Natalie MacLees Hi Stephen - yes, your account is now a Basic account and is limited to 100 profiles, which you'v exceeded. We won't remove any of the profiles that are over that limit, but you won't be able to add more unless you upgrade again.

Lo It seems like folks who reported such a problem should get an extension on their Pro membership - so they can add the profiles they should have been able to add while Pro was in effect!

Natalie MacLees We've identified the Safari tree issue as a bug with Safari itself and the way it interacts with Flash. Rather than spend time trying to discover a workaround, we're working on a new non-Flash version of our tree that will work across a wider range of browsers and devices. That will be coming soon.
