Hello, i cant write name or anything when i add a person, i have to copy and paste in another window or search bar, and that's in safari in Internet Explorer 9 i cant log in and the welcome screen looks all wrong.
Hi Kevin, I'm sorry that you're having troubles. We just recently discovered this bug in Safari running on Windows and are looking into it. In the meantime, you can use a different browser to work on your tree. I'm sorry for any inconvenience.
Hi Kevin, We've identified this as a bug in Safari itself with the way Safari works with Flash. Rather than spend time fixing this, we're working on a new tree solution that will no longer use Flash. That will be coming soon.
