Why is the tree app failing to generate trees back past my great-great-grandparents?

Your service has been failing to generate a tree past my great-great-grandparents for the past two days (not that I tried for the past several months).

NOW, when my child has a school repot, your app completely craps out?  Why am I paying $12 a month for this?

Unbelievably crap user experience.  :-(

  Hi Steven - I'm sorry that you were having trouble. We were having some server performance problems at the time you reported your troubles, and I think they were to blame for the problems you were having. Everything should be working fine now.
