I tried to add a profile for David Bainborough this morning, and geni added 5 profiles with the name David Bainborough instead. I deleted three of them, and converted one of them into his brother, Reginald Bainborough. I have tried adding spouses for them, and geni is taking an indefinitely long time to add the profiles. It is all running extremely slow.

Starting on the 18th of Jan, 2012, overall performance has dropped drastically. Probably related!
I also have been getting duplicate profiles when adding just one. In one instance, it was two children.
In another instance, it was adding a father which got duplicated as the wife also! (Wife did not previously exist ... new parental profiles being added.)
They are definitely duplicates ... the ID numbers are different on the profiles.
Once performance went back to "normal" later on Sat, 1/21/2012, I no longer was getting the duplicate profile creation.
