merge centre problems

I receive now for a day the message "Geni Will Be Right Back" when  i try to open Merge Centre . So i cannot solved the problems after merges.

  Problem started yesterday  by use Google Chrome. IE give no problems.

  Now i recieve message  "Geni Will Be Right Back"  when i open Merge Centre with IE and chose Follow. It works when i chose Owner.

  Although I susbscribed to GENI PLUS on January 13, 2012 for a 2 yuear subscription

  for $90.00, I am unable to add family and other activities.  Please Help.
