I am a Pro member and I have never had problems before when I have made a tree on the screen and did a print of 5 geneartions on my private printer. This did not work at all this evening.
I have tried this 4 times and each time I got a Norwegian error message that says the conditions for print out are changed, but no advice how to overcome this big problem is indicated.
I have paid for using your program and still I have not received any message or explanation about this big change on Geni.
I would advice Geni to fix this bug, as I suppose it must be, as soon as possible or give all users a better information about this problem.
