Why would I spend $$ to upgrade when I can't even get an upgrade??? Have tried on several occasions to get the free trial but nothing happens and there is NO support availabel>???

Margaret Bloebaum You can only get to Tech Support, even using THEIR link to it, if you can get past their upgrade offers. And the only way to get past the upgrade offers is... to upgrade! Pretty slick, huh? But once you upgrade, nothing changes. I did it a few days ago and I'm still limited to 100 profiles on my tree and the site doesn't seem to know that I upgraded. And they are hiding behind further demands for money, so there's no way to find out what happened to my upgrade request. So I'm gonna cancel it with my credit card.

Natalie MacLees I'm sorry for any inconvenience. We've gotten a few reports of people having trouble claiming free trials or upgrades and we're looking into it.
