Why doesn't my upgrade show?

I upgraded my membership two or three days ago, including a 2-week free trial.  As of now, I still can't add to my tree, and the upgrade doesn't show.

When I tried to send a ticket using the link, all I got was yet another upgrade offer.  So it appears that  you can only get tech support it you're a paid member. 

I AM A PAID MEMBER - why don't you know that? 

If I sign up again, I'll have two paid memberships with no additional privileges over 100 tree profiles for either one of them because you don't seem to know who has upgraded.  And you aren't interested in talking to plain ol' Basic members.

If this is an example of Geni's record-keeping, I'm not that impressed by your ability to manage genealogical records.

Screw it.
