You send me birthday reminders, but I cannot send birthday greetings. When I press "send a greeting", I only can get your sales pitch page and cannot go any further. My screen does not even show the cancel option at the bottom, as does my husband's at home.
You seem to be shutting out non-paying users. If that is your policy, you might as well make that clear to us.
