I tried to enter Kenosha, WI, USA as the place of death. That location does show up as shown. However when I accept it and save, the actual locations shows up as

Natalie MacLees The extra Kenosha you see in the address is the county name. Whenever possible, we're finding and filling in the county name along with the city in place names.
