I filed a big report in April of last year. Yesterday, someone finally responded to it. Supposedly as Geni Pro customer we get expedited support. I'd hate to find out how long non-expedited support takes. Anyway, this is a huge bug in your support process.

Natalie MacLees Hi Philip - I apologize that it took such a long time to get a response to your bug report. I'm working through a large backlog on those right now.
Also, just to clarify, the expedited support offered to Pro customers is accessed by submitting a ticket rather than a bug report.
