I just spent a fair amount of time composing a message to someone. It was a forwarded message. I mistakenly forgot to enter the name of the person to whom I wanted to send the message. The system gave me an error message saying that I needed to enter that information, which makes perfect sense. Unfortunately, my entire message disappeared because I didn't enter that "send to" name. I lost my work because I made a simple mistake. Please correct this problem. I have never encountered this type of problem in any system I've worked with. If someone forgets to enter a "send to" name then give an error message, but save the message, so one doesn't have to go back and re-create the entire message. It's a lot of wasted time and effort. Very frustrating! If my message happens to be sitting in limbo somewhere in your system please send it back to me, so I don't have to re-enter it.
