According to our records, the birthday reminder email was sent out (on the 7th) to many of your family members. May I ask who didn't receive it? Your wife's email is marked as "spam complaint" so we haven't sent her any emails since August 2008. Your children were all sent the reminder (hope I'm not getting them in trouble!) so they may need to check their Spam folders or otherwise double check to see whether or not the email was received; all I can tell you about those is that we were able to successfully deliver the email to their mail provider's servers.
