UPGRADE TO A GENI PRO ACCOUNT

It is more than a week now, that I've sent emails regarding my problem to upgrade to a Geni Pro Account, but in vain.  I just get a ticket number with no feedback and the problem still persist.

  Cecilia - Could you please confirm that you are attempting to upgrade to a Pro account when you see these errors?

  I have been trying over and over to do the same thing and every time I get a message saying technical difficulties when I get to the last step. Help, Barbara

  Same problem for me. I am trying to follow the link to the "Over 30% OFF! Hurry - Geni's 6th Anniversary Sale Ends Soon!" E-mail I recieved and upgrade to pro. But I just get the message:

   

  "We are experiencing technical difficulties"

   

  After having selected which credit card to use.
