Possible bug using Kubuntu 10.04 Lucid?

Hi,

I use Kubuntu Lucid in connection with Adobe Flash Player 11.2.202.235 and Firefox 13.0. Additionally I cleared my cache, but my tree still is not visible since 01. of June. What has changed here? Is a bug possible?

Hi Peter - We haven't released any major changes to our tree since June 1, so I suspect it may have been a recent Flash or browser upgrade that caused it to stop working. I'll create a ticket so we can look into what may have changed.

Hi Peter - we're working on a non-Flash viewer for our Tree so that we won't have Flash bugs and problems any longer. That will be coming soon.
