THis is NOT an Idea!! I am trying to report a Bug

I am trying  report a bug with a default response in applying a geographic descriptor to a profile I was amending:

I am repeatedly attempting to type in "Toronto, Ontario, Canada", as both a death & burial venue for this person. But it keeps on defaulting BACK to:" Toronto, Toronto Division, Ontario, Canada"!!

There is absolultely  NOT, nor has there EVER been used in any manner anywhere, the description and/or the term: "Toronto Division"!!! It just does not exist, nor do I know of the "Division" geographic descriptor to exist or to ever have been used anywhere in Ontario OR Canada.

Being that Toronto is he largest city and metropolitan area in Canada, the city is internationally acknowleged and referred to as "Toronto, Canada". (In the exact same manner as is "Paris France") Technically, The town of Toronto was originally founded within the County of York (hence the name of the cemetery!) However, as that the city has outgrown and overlapped the borders of York County, even that term has been ostensibly redundant since 1972. In any event, Toronto has never EVER been a "division" of anything, nor  has it EVER been divided into, or split into any type of "division" (in stead, they we called "boroughs" just as in London, U.K.)

Please correct this as a default condition.

Thank you for your kind attention to this matter.

most sincerely
