I have been unable to send a birthday greeting twice to a family member. I wondering since I do not have Geni Pro if I limited on the number of greetings I can send in a weeks time. I successfully sent two message and when I got the third one I could type it but it would not go through. This is extremely frustrating and unfortunately for Geni I will not be paying to send messages to family since this was a fun thing when I was asked to join.

Natalie MacLees Hi Kim. I'm sorry that you're having trouble sending greetings. There is no limit to the number of greetings Basic members can send. Gifts and greetings are a free feature for all users. Could you please go here http://supportdetails.com and let me know which browser and operating system you're using? We have lots of gifts and greetings sent every day, so I know this feature is working for most members. I suspect there's an issue related to your specific browser version and/or operating system.
